For orders in Europe and North America, these will be packaged in tissue paper and a cardboard shipping tube. All other orders will be packaged with a hard backing board and a cellophane sleeve to protect the artwork, bubble wrapped and protected by close fitting cardboard box.
In summary, what you need to know about refunds is:
- We will gladly replace your print if it is damaged in transit or has any defects. Just contact us with your order details, and attach any supporting images. Orders are dispatched by a third party In the event that you recieve the wrong print, the same applies - just reply to your order confirmation, attach a pic of the incorrect print/s, and we'll arrange for a courier to pick them up. Once they're received back, your original order will be dispatched.
- If you have entered incorrect shipping details, just let us know and we'll send to the right place. Please be aware however that if the order has already shipped, this process may take longer as it will be dependent on the courier company; and, if the package has already been delivered, there may be a charge to have it picked up from there and delivered to you.
