Production: You acknowledge that all art prints and frames are made to order. Production begins only after your order is confirmed.

No Change of Mind: In accordance with New Zealand consumer law, we are not required to provide a refund for "change of mind" or "incorrect choice." Because each item is produced specifically for your order, all sales are final.

Colour Disclaimer: Digital screens display colours differently. We do not offer refunds for minor colour variations between your screen and the physical print.

4. Risk and Compliance

CGA Protection: Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993. If a product is faulty (e.g., printing errors or damage in transit), we will provide a replacement or refund.
